Trade Access
This website is strictly for trade customers aged 18 and over. Access to pricing and online ordering is only granted to verified traders.
To confirm genuine trade status, all customers wishing to purchase wholesale products must provide two verifiable trade references. These must include the full company name, address, and telephone number of suppliers you have traded with within the last six months.

If you do not wish to provide these details, we reserve the right to decline your application. Trade references are used solely to verify trader status and are treated in strict confidence. They are not used for credit checks.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove accounts that do not provide sufficient information to verify trade status.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be changed without prior notice.
All prices are shown excluding VAT.
Orders & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 13:00 are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the next working day where possible.
- Orders placed after 12:00 on Thursday are typically dispatched the next working day.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Orders placed on Mondays after 13:00 may not be dispatched the same day due to weekly imports.
We dispatch Monday to Thursday (10:00–15:00), excluding UK Bank Holidays. We are closed Friday to Sunday.
We aim to dispatch stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Some items may be dispatched separately if not available at the time of shipping. This will not incur additional delivery charges.
Delivery
We recommend selecting the most appropriate delivery service at checkout:
- Royal Mail 24HR - aimed next day delivery but can take 1-2 working days
- Royal Mail 48HR - 2-3 working day service
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Items ordered from manufacturers are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days; however, please allow up to 21 working days during peak periods.

Images and descriptions are provided for guidance only and may vary slightly from the actual product, including packaging. Sizes are approximate.
All products are subject to availability.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing a reason. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
All sales are final. We do not offer sale or return.
We do not accept cancellations or returns for unwanted items or change of mind.
Footwear Orders
Shoe order cancellations can be requested, if our import order has not yet been placed then we can accept. If the order has been placed then we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation and process the order. Items are ordered in specifically to order therefore the goods are now your company's. Shipping can be redirected to your company delivery address if the original order was a dropship.
Delivery Information
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your order. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Before returning any faulty or damaged goods, you must contact us at sales@kevco.co.uk.
- Claims for faulty goods can be made up to 6 months from purchase.
- Damages or shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Refunds for faulty goods are subject to manufacturer approval and may take up to 10 working days.
We will accept returns for incorrectly supplied items if notified within 7 days and returned within 14 days. These will be exchanged like-for-like.
We do not accept returns for footwear or lingerie unless faulty.
Footwear claims over 6 months old may be subject to a partial refund. Photographic evidence is required, and approved faulty items must be destroyed.
Dropshipping
Our dropshipping service allows you to sell without holding stock. Orders are shipped directly to your customer.
- Dropship orders must be placed via our website.
- A £3.00 fee applies when shipping directly to a customer.
Customer data is used solely to fulfil orders and is handled in accordance with GDPR. We do not share or use this data for marketing purposes.
Weekly Import Orders
- Orders should be placed before Thursday 15:00 to be included in weekly shipments.
- Orders placed after supplier cut-off times may be processed in the following week’s order cycle.
- Deliveries are typically received on Monday (occasionally Tuesday due to customs delays).
- When volumes are high we will do an additional import order on a Monday at 15:00. This delivery will typically arrive the following Wednesday without delays. Same rules apply as above for orders received after the cut off.
Payment Security
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal account or as a guest.
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. is authorised and regulated by the Luxembourg financial authority.
Product Images
Once your trade account is approved, you will receive access to downloadable product images for use in your business.
eBay Sales Policy
Approved brands may be sold on eBay using fixed-price listings only. Auction listings with low starting prices are not permitted.
Dropshipping is available for eBay orders but must be processed via our website.
We reserve the right to withdraw supply from any reseller whose activity may negatively impact our brands or customers.
Privacy Policy
All personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
